Ingredients
• 2 c. plain whole milk yogurt
• 1 c. milk
• 1 fresh green/red chili
• ½ c. fresh cilantro (coriander) leaves
• ~20 fresh mint leaves
• ~½" ginger, grated
• 2-3 tbsp. sugar
• 2 tsp. roasted cumin powder
• 2 tsp. chaat masala
Ingredients: Chaat Masala (Modified and Adapted from Chef Sanjeev Kapoor)
• 4 tbsp. coriander seeds
• 1 tsp. carom seeds
• 1 tsp. black peppercorn
• 2 tsp. cumin powder
• ½ tsp. citric acid
• 1 tbsp. black salt
• 3 tsp. mango powder
• 1 tsp. salt
• 3 dried red chillies
Method: Chaat Masala
1. Grind together coriander seeds, carom seeds, pepper powder, cumin seeds, citric acid, black salt, dried mango powder, salt and dried red chillies into fine powder.
2. Store in a an air-tight container and use as required.

Remain cool in hot/humid weather by making a fresh pitcher of Masala Adrak Chaas.

Method: Masala Adrak Chaas
1. Blend into a smooth mixture and serve immediately
2. Garnish with some sprinkles of chaat masala with roasted cumin powder and a sprig of mint leaves.
